Job Description:
- Achieve sales KPIs by securing renewal orders & initiating new opportunities with existing customers and developing opportunities with new prospects.
- Customers Calls & follow-up to analyze opportunities, identify key personnel, and develop a strong business relationship.
- Build interest in Company and solutions through dynamic communication with customers using different approaches: social media, face-to-face presentations, webinars, etc.
- Identify business needs and coordinate with pre-sales and consultants to develop added-value solutions and proposals in accordance with customer requirements.
- Respond to Request for Proposals on time with the support of pre-sales teams; lead in particular the pricing & commercial proposal and be responsible to negotiate and close orders and contracts
- Focus on customer retention and new business penetration within assigned products/solutions and geographic territory.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by monitoring the sales process from initial contacts to order acceptance and processing to delivery in a timely and professional manner, to the follow-up of support cases.
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results cooperatively and by participating in team sales calls, proposal development, pricing presentations, consultative sales techniques, and order closing strategies.
- Help in getting payments done on time by customers. Assist in case there’s an escalation related to due payments to secure their collection.
Job Requirements:
- BS or Master’s degree in engineering and/or Business.
- 5+ years of sales experience in a business-to-business environment for IT solutions.
- Good knowledge of a specific market segment (Finance, Telco, Manufacturing, Public Sector, Energy, etc.) with existing contacts at key accounts.
- Knowledge of and experience using value-selling and consultative sales methodologies.
- Strong experience and success in outbound sales and prospecting roles.
- Interest, experience, and excitement for one of the following IT business areas: Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, AI/ Machine learning, Data platforms, RPA.
- Active listening and good communication skills; ability to deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations to individuals and large groups.
- Positive attitude, autonomous & organized, Entrepreneurial spirit.
- Fluent in English both written and verbal.
